Once your form has been received you will be contacted if you are fit for one of our programs. Do not contact ECHOS to determine the status of your request. We are overwhelmed with requests and will respond if you are eligible when an appointment is available. All program guidelines will apply.
All of our appointments are currently booked. To schedule an appointment, please fill out one ECHOS form. A client navigator will reach out if you meet our program eligibility guidelines. Do NOT call or email us.
If you need immediate assistance, please call 2-1-1, and they will give you the names of organizations that have immediate appointment openings.
PLEASE NOTE: Working with a case manager is not a promise to pay your rent or utilities. It is also not a promise that your case will be approved. It means your eligibility for assistance is under review. Requested documents are to be submitted within 7 days of your case management appointment. If they are not received, your case may be closed. ECHOS may only provide partial payment for your rent. If you need immediate help from other organizations, please call 2-1-1 for referrals.
