ECHOS connects people in need with health, social and educational resources
ECHOS – Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services – officially formed in 2001, in response to the health and social service needs to the rapidly increasing population of newly arrived immigrants and refugees who were being resettled in the community surrounding the Church of the Epiphany. The original purpose was and continues to be to help families meet their basic needs, on their path to self-sufficiency, while addressing the social determinants of health. Meeting Needs. Transforming Lives.
